Cause:

This issue appears due to opening not define in Item's Trading A/c.

Solution:

• The user needs to define Opening Stock in Item's Trading A/c.

In order to define Opening Stock in Item's Trading A/c, the user needs to follow the below steps.

• Go to Masters > Opening Balances > Ledger openings.

• A 'Ledgers Accounts' window will appear.
• The user will press 'F3' key on 'Chana Trading' ledger.

• A window will appear where the user will click on 'Ledger Detail'.

• A 'Modify Ledger' window will appear.
• The user will click on 'Modify'.

• In 'Opening Balance' option, the user will mention the opening balance.
• Suppose mention '150000'.

• Now press 'Ctrl+W' key to save the changes.

After following the above steps, the user can view Opening Stock will get display in Profit & Loss in Marg Software.
