In Marg ERP Software, in Mandi trade there is an requirement to maintain the Vikray Parchi Through which the user purchase goods from the farmer. So, At the time of generating Vikray Parchi software will ask Book No if user doesn’t want this option so user can maintain it by 'CR. Note.' 

In order to disable Book No, the user needs to follow the below mentioned steps:

• Firstly, Go to Maters > Marg Setups > Control Room.

• A 'Control Room' window will appear.

• The user will select ‘Search in all’.

• A 'Controls' window will appear in which the will Search 'Book No.'.

• Now click on ‘Accept’.

• A 'Book No.' window will appear.

• In 'Vikray /Auction /Both /No', the user will select 'N'.

• The user will press 'ESC' key twice.

• Now click on 'Yes' to save the changes.

After following the above steps, the Book No will get disabled at the time of creating Vikray Parchi and software will ask Cr. Note No.
