How to Renew Additional User of Marg Software?

The need to renew the software licence occurs to fix the bugs and patches thereby securing the system and to receive regular updates about the features.

And, if you are using software for the multiple users, then you also need to renew your additional users along with the main user of the software.

In order to know the process, follow the given steps:

  • Now click on ‘Payment’ tab.

  • “Marg Payment Gateway” window will appear with different options i.e. eBusiness, Licence & Others.
  • The user will select “Licence”.

  • Now click on ‘Renew Additional user’.

  • In Payment Details , mention your software’s licence No. and captcha.
  • Then click on ‘Right Mark’ for the verification of mentioned payment details.

  • In ‘No of user’ mention the number of user you need to renew for your license.
  • Suppose, mention 1.
  • After mention the no. of users need to be renewed, the system will automatically show the amount that needs to be paid for renewing the extra user for your license.
  • Thereafter you need to mention all the required details i.e. Mobile No., Email Id, Firm Name, etc.
  • Now mention your GSTIN.
  • Click on ‘Renew Now’.

  • Now, different payment methods will appear. The user will select the desired method through which the payment needs to be done.
  • Then click on “Pay now”.
  • As the user will click on “Pay Now”, the payment will be done , therefore the licence file will be received at their registered Email-ID and you just need to paste it into the Marg folder.
