Go to Masters > Passwords & Powers > Update Operator Power > Select User > Search in All  Search---"ONLINE" > Here is one option show "Online Banking P-Maker (Payment) C-Checker B-Both" Change that option with "P" > Press Esc Key from keyboard > Save changes--"YES" > Sure to Quit > Yes.

NOTE:-Relogin must after make changes.
