Process To Import Item From Marg ERP To Marg Mart

OVERVIEW OF IMPORT ITEM FROM MARG ERP TO MARG MART

• Marg ERP has introduced MargMart Website for its users, which allows them to effortlessly create their own website in just a few clicks. 
• It will be a fully customized e-commerce website connected directly to your Marg ERP database i.e. the customer orders will directly come into Marg ERP Software.
• With the help of this process the user can Import Item from Marg ERP Software to Marg Mart in just few easy steps.

PROCESS TO IMPORT ITEM FROM MARG ERP TO MARG MART

• Go to Masters > Martmart.com

• A 'Marg' window will appear.
• The user will click on 'Product Mapping' button.

• A 'Marg Mart Product Upload' window will appear.
• In 'Rate Selection' field, the user will select a particular rate which needs to be imported as per the requirement.
• Suppose select 'Rate A'.

• If the user needs to Import All Items then place a checkmark in 'Select All' option.

• The user can also import a single Item as per the requirement.
• Suppose place a check mark on single Item 'Vitamin D'.

Note: If the Item Image is already uploaded in Item Master, the image will get auto import.

• The user will click on 'Select Image' to import the Image for Item 'Vitamin D'.

• A 'Product Images' window will appear.
• The user will click on 'Select' button.

• A window will appear to select the directory of Item Image.
• The user will select Image as per the requirement and click on 'Ok'.

• The user can view the Image will get import, click on 'Save' button.

• Now the user will click on 'Upload' button.

• A Marg ERP 9+ alert of 'Products successfully Imported' will appear. 
• Click on 'Ok'.

• The user can vie the imported Item will turn in Green color.

• Now, in Marg Mart click on 'Catalog' menu.

• Here the user can view the Imported Item will get display.

• With the help of 'Status' option, the user can Active/Inactive the particular Item on the company Website.

• To Preview the Item on Website the user needs to click on website icon (as shown in the below image).

• The Marg Mart website of the company will get open and the user can view the particular Item.

• Click on 'Edit' icon to edit the Item details.

• If the user needs to Delete a particular item, click on 'Trash' icon (as shown below image).
