Process to Approve Customer Order in Marg Mart

• Firstly, click on 'Sales' tab.

• In the 'Pending Orders' tab, the user will select the pending order that needs to be approved.
• Suppose select 'Order ID 3191' and click on 'Approved' button.

• Then, click on 'Approved Orders' tab.

• The user can view the Selected Order will get Approved on Marg Mart.

Process to Convert Order into Sale Bill in Marg Software

• On the home screen of the software, click on 'margmart.com'.

• Now the user will click on 'Approved'.

• Select the order and click on 'Approved Button'.

• Click on 'Create Bill' button.

• A Sale Bill window will get displayed.

• The user will keep pressing 'Enter' key and load the item.

• Now press 'Ctrl+W' key and click on 'Save Bill' to save the changes.

• The user can view Order converted to bill Successfully will appear.
• Click on 'Ok'.
