Process to Receive Payment Through QR Code in Marg Software(Marg Pay)

Disconnect the Mobile with the Software in Marg Software(Marg Pay)

OVERVIEW OF RECEIVING PAYMENT THROUGH QR CODE IN MARG SOFTWARE(MARG PAY)

• The Merchant can easily receive payments from their respective customers through various modes i.e. UPI, Net banking, QR Code, SMS and Email at the time of billing only by connecting Marg Software with their Mobile .

Note: The user must have done the Merchant Registration to received payment through QR Code.

PROCESS TO RECEIVE PAYMENT THROUGH QR CODE IN MARG SOFTWARE(MARG PAY)

• The user will install the 'Marg Order Calling app' from the Play Store.

• Now, the user will go to Transactions > Sale > Bill.

• A 'Sale Entry' window will appear.

• The user will enter the 'Date' as per the requirement.

• Suppose enter '14-10-2020'.

• A 'Ledgers' window will appear.

• The user will select the party whose bills need to be create.

• Suppose select 'Ahuja Medicine Centre'.

• Now, the user will press 'Enter' key to load the items.

• An 'Item' window will appear.

• The user will select the Items as per the requirement.

• After loading the items in bill, the user will press 'Ctrl+N' key or click on 'Rupees Icon' for receiving payment.

• A 'Margpay' window will appear where the user can view the details of the Bill Value.

• In 'Cash Pay', the user will enter the amount if received payment through Cash.

• In 'Margpay', the user will enter the amount if received payment through Margpay.

• Suppose the user received payment through Margpay, so enter '3363'

• Thereafter the user can view the Mode of payments options.

• The user will select the option through which mode the payment has been received as per the requirement.

Case 1: If received Payment through UPI App.

• The user will click on 'UPI APP'.

• A 'QR Code' will show on the Mobile screen (as shown in below image).

• The user will Scan the QR Code through 'Marg Order Calling App' to connect the Mobile with the software.

• A Message of 'Successfully Connected' will show on the Mobile.

Note: The user needs to do this scanning process once in a Day when the software will open.

• Thereafter whenever the user will do billing and Click on UPI, the QR Code will get generate on the mobile which is connected with the software.

• Here the user can view the QR Code (as shown in below image) along with the invoices details of the customer.

• Now the Customer will Scan the QR Code through an UPI app for payment.

Case 2: If received Payment through Card or Net Banking.

• The user will click on 'Card/Net Banking'.

• The QR Code will appear on the connected Mobile.

• The customer will scan the QR Code from the Mobile to make payment through Margpay.

• A 'Margpay' page will appear on customer Mobile.

• The customer can view the different Payment methods on Mobile screen.

• Suppose click on 'UPI'.

• Now the customer will enter 'UPI ID' to make payment.

• Suppose enter 'Paytm@123'.

• Now the user will click on 'Pay Now'

• The customer will receive the notification on Paytm to make payment.

• Case 3: If the user is using POS Machine.

• The user will click on 'QRCode'.

• A 'Scan & Pay' window will appear with the QR Code on computer screen.

• The customer will scan QR Code from his phone and make payment through any UPI App.

Case 4: If the customer make payment through SMS/E-mail.

• The user will click on 'SMS/E-Mail'.

• Suppose click on 'SMS'.

• The customer will receive the SMS.

• Click on the Link of Margpay.

• A 'Margpay' page will open where the different Payment methods will display.

• The customer will select the option and make payment as per the requirement.

DISCONNECT THE MOBILE WITH THE SOFTWARE IN MARG SOFTWARE(MARG PAY)

• Go to Masters > Marg setups > POS Activation > Disconnect Order Call App.

• The user can disconnect the Mobile from the software.
