If party outstanding displays wrong in Margpay panel, then how to resolve it?

If party outstanding displays wrong in Margpay panel then this issue can be resolved. In order to resolve this issue, the user will follow the below steps:

  • Go to Digital >> Registration >> MargPay Registration.

  • A 'Merchant Registration/Modification' window will appear.
  • Click on 'Delete & Refresh Data'.

  • An alert window of 'Do you want to refresh all data on server' will appear in which the user will click on 'Yes' to refresh data.

After following the above steps, the fresh outstanding data will be uploaded on the MargPay panel.
