In order to stop Outstanding SMS for party, the user will follow the below steps:

• Go to Digital >> MargPay >> Schedule Customers.

• A 'Schedule Email & SMS for digital Collection' window will appear.

• Click on 'Stop SMS- Party' button.

• A 'Ledger Selection' window will appear.

• The user will click on the ‘Send’ button against that particular ledger for which the outstanding SMS needs to be stop.
  

• Suppose select 'Rahul'.

• The user can view that the SMS has been blocked for the selected party.

• Click on 'Okay' to save the changes.

After following the above steps, the user can block the SMS for selected party.
