Process to Schedule Automatic Outstanding Reminder for Retailers (Marg Pay)

OVERVIEW OF AUTOMATIC OUTSTANDING REMINDER FOR RETAILERS (MARG PAY)

Marg ERP has developed a unique platform; MargPay through which the distributors can easily schedule Automatic SMS Reminders/notification for the Outstanding to their retailers.

PROCESS TO SCHEDULE AUTOMATIC OUTSTANDING REMINDER FOR RETAILERS (MARG PAY)

  • Go to Digital >> Marg Pay >> Schedule Customers.

  • A 'Schedule Email & SMS for Digital Collection' window will appear.
  • Click on 'Add Schedule'.

  • Then a window with multiple options will appear.
  • Select 'Party' tab.

  • Now the user will select party for which the outstanding reminder needs to be set.
  • Suppose select 'Ayaan'.

  • Select Schedule type as per the requirement.
  • Suppose select 'Bill By Bill'.

  • Then click on 'Save'.

  • An alert window of 'Do you want to save?' will appear.
  • Click on 'Yes' in order to schedule outstanding reminder.

After following the above steps, the user can schedule the outstanding reminders for their retailers.
