If user received purchase import in TXT file so then user need to convert it into xls format,follow the below mentioned steps for convert TXT file into XLS format:-

Go to Masters > MARG Setups > Advance Features > Import Purchase Xls/Dbf/Csv > Purchase import method window will be appear > Click on Convert into XLS > Directory for the file selection window will be appear > Select text file which user wants to import > In next window of TXT TO XLS converter user have to select Format type---"XLS" > Then type SURE > After following those steps txt file convert into xls file,now user can import this file with the help of process of purchase import through excel.
