Process to Import Self Design Field-Bill Item Format

OVERVIEW/INTRODUCTION TO SELF DESIGN FIELD

• Marg ERP has a unique feature to create Self defined field as per the user’s requirement i.e. the user can create own fields for Bill Item, Start & End of the Bill, Item Master and Party Master in Marg ERP Software. 

PROCESS TO EXPORT SELF DESIGN FIELD-BILL ITEM FORMAT

• Go to Masters > Marg Setups > Advance Features > Self Fields - Bill Item. Press Enter.

• An Item Default window will appear.

• The user will define the format name. Press Enter.

• Suppose, define 12.

• The user will select “Export Format”.

• An ‘Export Format’ window will appear in which the user will define the path to export format.

• The format will get exported and shows Pop Up of ‘Exported’.

PROCESS TO IMPORT SELF DESIGN FIELD-BILL ITEM FORMAT

• Go to Masters > Marg Setups > Advance Features > Self Fields-Bill Item. Press Enter.

• A Format window will appear.

• The user will define format name .Press Enter.

• Suppose, define 12.

• The user will select “Export Format”.

• An Import window will appear.

• The user will select that directory in which the user had saved or exported the format.

• An Import format window will appear.

• The user will type “SURE” to import the format.

After following the above steps, the format will successfully get imported.
