If Printer does not print from 1st line then how to resolve it in Marg Software ?
Ans.1
- Go to Masters > MARG Setups > Printer Setup.
- A 'Printer Setup' window will appear.Click on 'Edit'.
- In 'Reset ZeroTear', the user will select 'Frmt-1'.Press 'Enter' key.
- Then cursor will stop on 'Forward Line', the user will mention '5'.
- Now, press 'PageDown' key twice.
- The user will click on 'Exit' Tab.
- An alert of 'Dear Supervisor, Want to Change in Default?' will show the user will select 'Yes' for changes.
After following the above steps, printer will print from the 1st line in Marg Software.
