Process of FTP Upload/Download Check

OVERVIEW/INTRODUCTION TO FTP UPLOAD/DOWNLOAD CHECK

• Marg ERP has developed the module of ‘FTP Upload/Download Check’ which facilitates the user to check whether the required internal securities and permissions of the system are capable enough to register the FTP backup in the software.

• This module indicates ‘Pass’ when the required permission & securities are enough for the setup of FTP backup in the software, however it will show ‘Fail’ if the system doesn’t meet its required permissions.

PROCESS OF FTP UPLOAD/DOWNLOAD CHECK

• Go to Masters > Marg Setups > May I Help You? > FTP Upload/Download Check. Press Enter.

A Marg ERP 9+ Alert will appear in which the software will show whether ‘FTP Pass’ or ‘FTP Fail’.

a. FTP Pass : It appears when the internal securities & permission of the system meets the requirement for the set up of ‘FTP backup in the software’.

b. FTP Fail : It appears when the internal securities & permission of the system doesn’t meet the requirement for the set up of ‘FTP backup in the software’ and the user needs to contact the hardware person for the same.

Suppose, it shows ‘FTP Pass’ i.e. ‘Settings for the FTP backup’ can be easily done in the software.
