In Marg ERP Software, t he user can easily set password as per the requirement. If the user wants to delete the control room password then, the user needs to follow the below steps:

In order to delete control room password, the user needs to follow the below steps:

• Firstly, Go to Masters > Marg Setups > Control Room. Press Enter.

• A Control room window will appear in which the user needs to enter "CLEARPASSWORD" to reset password.

• Then press Enter on it.

• Then a generate OTP window will appear. Click on 'Yes' to generate new OTP.

• Once the user will click on 'Yes' then an OTP will be shared on the Reg. Mobile No. and E-mail id for the purpose of reset password of control room.

• Then click on 'Ok'.

• The user will enter the OTP > Then click on ‘Ok’ in order to crack password of control room.

• Then again go to Masters > Marg Setups > Control Room. Press Enter.

• Thereafter a Password window will appear. Enter the current date in reverse format then press Enter on it.

Suppose, the current date is 08-10-2020 then the user will enter ‘2020108’. 

• Now, in 'Want to change password' option, the user will select "No" to deactivate password then press Enter.

• A Control room window will appear. Select 'Search in all'.

• A Controls window will appear in which the user will Search “Decimal”.

• Now click on ‘Accept’.

• A Password window will appear.
• In 'Required PASSWORD in Control Room,Formats & Direct Command', option the user will select 'N.

•  The user will now press Esc key twice.

• Now click on ‘Yes’ to save changes.

After following the above steps, the control room password will get deactivated.
