How to allow Multiple Patients on Single Mobile Number in Marg ERP Software ?

In Marg ERP Software, users can assign a single mobile number to multiple patients as per their requirements. However, if the software displays an 'Already Exists' alert and prevents the same mobile number from being added to another patient, the issue can be resolved easily by updating the relevant settings in the software.

In order to allow multiple Patients on a single mobile number, the user needs to follow the steps below:

  • Go to Master Marg Setups > Control Room.

  • The user will select the 'Search in All' option.

  • The user will search 'Multiple Patient', then click on 'Accept' button.

  • In 'Allow Multiple Patient (Family) on Single Mobile/Code' option, the user will select 'Y'.

  • Press 'Esc' key twice.

  • Click on 'Yes' button.

  • Click on 'Yes'.

After following the above steps, the user can allow Multiple Patients on Single Mobile Number in Marg ERP Software.
