To resolve that error please follow below steps:-

Go to Masters > MARG Licencing > Exception Code & Unique ID > Exception code window will be appear > Here user can view Server unique id(which is user can mention on main system online banking registration window).    

Note:- This type of error occurred because of changing network port again and again.
