Go to Master > MargSetup > Control Room > Search in all > Search -- "ADDRESS" > Click on Accept > There is one option shown > " Print Phone,Tin & Email in 1-Same 2-Seprate 3-Phone+Tin 4-Email" ---Change that option as "1" > Then press esc key and save.
