Process To SMS Ledger Transaction In Marg Software

PROCESS TO ACTIVATE SMS SERVICE IN MARG WALLET

Note: Firstly, the user needs to Activate Marg Wallet.

• Go to Digital > Marg Wallet > Activate Services.

• Click on 'SMS/Email/WhatsApp'.

• Now the user will place a check mark on 'SMS' service.
• Click on 'Submit' button.

PROCESS TO SMS LEDGER TRANSACTION IN MARG

• Go to Books > All Ledgers.

• A 'Ledger Accounts' window will appear.
• The user will press 'Enter' key on a particular ledger whose transaction needs to be sent on Email ID.
• Suppose select 'Kajal'.

• A 'Ledger Display' window will appear.
• In 'From and To' option, the user mentions the date range for which the transaction needs to be generated.
• Click on 'Ledger'.

• The selected Ledger Transaction will be generated.
• Click on 'SMS' icon (as shown in the below image).

A 'Send SMS' window will appear.

The user will select the option as per the requirement.

a. Ledger Balance: Select the option to SMS only Ledger Balance to Party.

b. Balance with Statement: Select the option to SMS Ledger Statement.

c. Balance with Outstanding: Select the option to SMS Ledger Statement with Outstanding.

Suppose select 'Ledger Balance' option.

• An alert of 'Successfully Submitted' will appear.

• The user can view Ledger Balance will get SMS on the customer's Mobile number.

• To view the statement, your customer needs to click on the given link.

• Thereafter, your customer can view the Balance with Statement.

• By clicking on the given link in WhatsApp the user can view the Balance with Outstanding.
