In Marg ERP Software, if at the time of Opening Refresh Balances, an alert appears 'You are not authorised to use this option', then this issue can be easily resolved.

In Order to resolve this issue, the user needs to follow the below mentioned steps:

• Go to Masters > Password & Powers > Operator's

• The user will select operator for which power needs to be changed.
• Suppose select 'A' and press 'Enter' key.

• The user will click on the 'Search In All'option.

• The user will search 'Refresh' and click on the ‘Accept’ button.

• In 'Refresh Stock & Accounts Balances' option, the user will select 'Y'.

• Press 'Esc' key.

• Click on 'Yes' button.

• A 'Powers Change' POP-UP will appear, and then the user will press 'ESC' key.

• Click on 'Yes' button.

• Now, for Re-login, the user will press the 'Ctrl+U' key on the main screen.

• The user will enter the User ID and Password.

• Press 'ESC' key.

After following the above steps, the user can view the "You are not authorised to use this option" alert in Refresh Balance  will be resolved in Marg ERP Software.
