If ' Store Not Defined ' alert appears while billing then how to resolve it in Marg Software ?

In Marg Software, if at the time of billing an error displays ' Store not Defined ' then this issue can be resolved.

In order to resolve Store not Defined, the user needs to follow the below steps:

  • Go to Masters > Passwords & Powers > Operator's.

  • A 'Password & Authority' window will appear.
  • Select the user to make the required changes.

  • A 'Powers' window will appear in which the user will select ‘Search In All’.

  • A 'Powers' window will appear where the user will search 'Store' .
  • Click on ‘Accept’.

  • A 'Store' window will appear.
  • In 'Stores Allowed W-Whole  1-Multi/A/B/C.....option, the user will mention 'W'.

  • The user will now press 'ESC' key.

  • Again press 'ESC' key and click on ‘Yes’ to save the changes.

  • Pop-Up of 'Powers Change' will appear and then the user will press 'ESC' key.

  • Then again press 'ESC' key and then click on ‘Yes’.

  • Now to Re- login, the user will press 'Ctrl+U' key on the main screen

  • A 'Change User' window will appear in which the user will enter the User ID and Password.

  • A 'Change User' window will appear in which the user will press 'ESC' key.

After following the above steps, the user can view 'Store not defined' error will get resolved while billing in Marg Software.
