How to Merge Areas in Marg Software ?

This option enables the user to merge the two area which have been created by mistake or for any other purpose.

 In order to resolve it, the user will follow the given steps:

  • Go to Reports > Management Reports > Utilities > Merge Accounts Masters > Area. 

  • An 'Area' window will appear.
  • In 'Merge Area' option, the user will press 'Enter' key.

  • A 'Merge Area' window will appear.
  • Select the area which needs to be merged.
  • Suppose, select 'N.Delhi'.

  • Then in 'With Area' option, the user will press 'Enter' key for the further process.

  • Now a 'With Area' window will appear.
  • Select the area with which the previously selected area needs to be merged.
  • Suppose, select 'W. Delhi'.

  • Select 'Yes' to confirm the merging process of Area.

The user will view that the areas will get merged in the software.
