This option enables  the user to merge the two routes which have been created by mistake or for any other purpose.

In order to resolve it, the user will follow the given steps:

•  Go to Reports > Management Reports > Utilities > Merge Accounts Masters > Route. 

• A 'Route' window will appear.

• In 'Merge Route' option, the user will press 'Enter' key.

• A 'Merge Route' window will appear.

• Select the route which needs to be merged.

• Suppose, select 'Azadpur'.

• Now on the next window press 'Enter' key for the further process.

• Now a 'With Route' window will appear.

• Select the route with which the previously selected route needs to be merged.

• Suppose, select 'Azadpur Ne'.

• Select 'Yes' to confirm the merging process of routes.

The user will view that the routes will get merged in the software.
