This option facilitates you to merge those two salesman (M.R.) which has been created same by mistake or for any other purpose.

In order to know the process follow the given steps:

• Go to Reports > Management Reports > Utilities > Merge Accounts Masters > M.R. Press Enter.

• A Merge Ledger window will appear where the user will press Enter.

• A Ledgers window will appear.

• Press Enter on that Salesman which ledger needs to be merged.

• Suppose, select 'Rahul'.

• Now on next window, press Enter key.

• Then again press Enter and select that ledger with which the user wants to merge the selected ledger.

• Suppose, 'Rahul Singh'.

• In 'Merge', Select "Yes" to merge the ledger.

• Then press Esc Key to exit from the window. 

• Thereafter software will suggest you to run error checking.
