• Go to Reports > Management Report > Utilities > Merge Inventory Masters > Category.

• A 'Category' window will appear in which user will Press 'Enter' key.

• A 'Merge Category' window will appear.
  

• Then select the Category which user needs to merge. Press 'Enter' key.

• Suppose select 'TB'.

• In next window, the user will again press 'Enter' key.

• Now, the user will select the category i.e. with which category user needs to merge selected category. Press 'Enter' key.

• Suppose select 'Dosage'.

• Now, the user will click on the 'Yes' to merge the selected category.

• The merging process will get started as shown below.

After following the above steps, the users can merge the selected category in Marg Software.
