This option facilitates the user to merge two batches for any reason. Suppose the item has two batches and the stock of one batch is -6 pcs and the stock of other batch is 11 pcs then the software can merge both the batches into a positive one.

In order to merge Batch / Size / Tag / MRP, the user will follow the given steps:

• Suppose the user setup is Batch-wise.
• Go to Reports > Management Stock > Utilities > Merge Inventory Master.

• The user will press 'Enter' key on the selected item.
• Suppose select 'Amlogard 5mg'.

• A 'Batch Merge' window will appear.

• In the 'Merge Batch' (F2)' option, the user will press the 'F2' key.

• Now the user will press 'Enter' key on that Batch that needs to be merged.

• In the 'With Batch (F3)' option, the user will press the 'F3' key.

• Now the user will select the batch with which the previously selected batch needs to be merged.

• Now, In the 'Merge?' option, the user will click on 'Yes' to merge the selected Batches.

After following the above steps, the user can Merge Two Batch / Size / Tag / MRP in Marg Software.
