• Go to Stocks > Merge Reports.

• A 'Merge Reports' window will appear .

• The user will select basis of the report as per the requirement.

a. Same Financial Year All Companies: The user can view merge reports of same financial year of all the companies.

b. Different Financial Year All Companies: The user can view merge reports of different financial year of all the companies.

c. Different Financial Year Single Company: The user can view the merge report of different financial year of single company. 

Suppose, selects 'Same Financial Year all Companies' .

• A 'Company Selection' window will appear.

• The user will select companies by pressing 'Spacebar' or '+' key on it and press 'Enter'.

• A 'Merge Report' window will appear.

• The user will select 'Profit & Loss A/C'.

• An 'Upload Data' window will appear.

• In 'Reports As On', the user will mention upto which date reports needs to be viewed. 

• In 'Expense Merge' , the user will select 'Yes' to merge expenses otherwise keep the option as 'No'. Press 'Enter'.

• A 'Profit & Loss Account' window will appear.

• The user will select the required report as per the requirement.

• Suppose select 'Profit & Loss Account'.

• A 'Profit & Loss Account' window will appear.

• The user will select the options as per the requirement.

• A 'Display Controls' window will appear.

• The user will select 'View/Print /Excel as per the requirement.

• Suppose select 'View'.

After following the above steps, the user can view Multi Firm Profit & Loss Report in Marg Software.
