Process to Change Branch Code of Selected Company

In order to change the branch code of another company when the user is working on other company, the user have to follow certain steps:-

Go to Stocks > Merge Reports.

A Merge reports window will appear in which the user will click on Same financial year All companies.

A Company selection window will appear in which the user has to press F3 function key on selected company.

After pressing F3 function key cursor will move on short name part.

Now the user can change the company Short name/Branch code according to the requirement.

Then press Enter key and now, the user can view the short name of selected company has been changed.

Now, press Esc key to save the changes.

By following the above step the user can change the Branch code/Short Name of selected company.
