• Go to Stocks > Minimum Level Stock.

• A 'Minimum Level Stock' window will appear.

• The user will feed date upto which date minimum stock report needs to be viewed.

• In 'Stock Status', the user will  select 'Whole'.

• The user will select other options as per the requirement.

• Now, click on 'Accept'.

• A selected date minimum level stock report will appear.

• The user will press 'ALT+P' key.

• A 'Report' window will be appear.

• The user will select 'Stock Statement'.

• An 'Index On' window will appear.

• The user will select 'Alphabetic'.

• An 'Alphabetic' window will appear.

• The user will keep pressing 'Enter' key.

• Now click on 'Excel' button.

After following the above steps, the user can export Alphabet wise Minimum Level Stock Report of all items in Excel
