With the help of GSTR 2B Purchase Register the user can reconcile the Input Tax Credit Data.

In Marg Software, the user can Export the GSTR 2B Purchase Register in Excel Format and can reconcile it with the help of Matching Tool.

PROCESS TO GENERATE GSTR 2B PURCHASE REGISTER IN EXCEL FORMAT IN MARG SOFTWARE

In order to generate the GSTR 2B Purchase Register in Excel Format, the user needs to follow the below steps:

•  Go to Gst > Misc. GST Reports.

• An alert of 'It is advised that you should fill Auditor's details' will appear.

• Click on 'No'.

• A 'Misc GST Report' window will appear.
• The user will click on 'GSTR-2B Purchase Register'.

• A 'Purchase Register' window will appear.
• In 'Select Period', the user needs to select the period for which the report needs to be viewed.
• Suppose select 'May 2023'.

• Now, the user will click on 'View/Print/Excel/Csv..etc' as per the requirement.
• Suppose select 'Excel'.

• A 'MARG ERP 9+ Alert!' window will appear in which the user can view the path of the file. 

• Click on 'Ok'.

After following the above steps, the GSTR 2B Purchase Register will get generate in Excel Format in Marg Software.
