• This Clause is required to be reported by all the reporting assesses whether the assessee is registered under GST or not.
• In Marg Software Clause 44 of Form 3CD states total amount of expenditure incurred during the previous year, i.e., revenue expenditure as well as capital expenditure.

Process To View Clause 44 of Form 3CD In Marg ERP Software

• Go to Gst > Misc. GST Reports.

• Click on 'Clause 44 Form 3CD'.

• In 'From', the user will mention the date from which report needs to view.
• In 'To', the user will mention the date till which report needs to view.
• Click on 'Excel'.

After following the above steps, the user can view Clause 44 Form 3CD report will be generated in Excel Format in Marg ERP Software.
