Overview of Recover Bills Deleted By Default In Marg ERP Software

• The need to recover bills that are deleted by default arises when a bill of any party or customer has been misplaced or deleted by mistake. This results in creating problems in the party’s Outstandings,  invoice number & filing of GST returns.
• So, with the help of the 'Recover Bills from Backup' option of Marg ERP Software, the user can easily recover the bills that are deleted by default only if a backup is taken daily.
  

Process To Recover Deleted Bills In Marg ERP Software

Note: Please take a Backup before using this option.

• Go to Reports > Management Reports > Utilities > Misc. Utilities > Recover Bills From Backup. 

• In 'Backup of Financial' option, the user will press 'F2' key to recover bills from the financial year Backup.

• If the user is taking IMP backup on the specified patch, then mention the path.
• Suppose mention path of IMP Backup.

• The user will select the backup file from which the bills need to be recovered based on file Size/Date/Time.
• Suppose select the backup of 27-04-2024, 11:36:48 time.
• Press 'Enter' key.

Note: If the users do Back Date Billing, then also check the Backup of Back Date Billing.

• Now mention the date of the bills that need to be recovered.
• Suppose mention '01-05-2023' To '31-03-2024'.

In 'For' option, select the options as per the requirement.

a. Recover Both: Select the option if needs to recover both Bills and Challan.

b. Recover Bills: Select the option if needs to recover only Bills.

c. Recover Challan: Select the option if needs to recover only Challan.

Note: The user will select all the bills by pressing the star (*) key, or to select a single bill user needs to press 'Spacebar' on it.

• Then the user will press 'F6' key to recover the bills.

• Thereafter, the user will type 'SURE' to recover the bills from the backup.

After following the above process, the user can Recover Bills Deleted by Default in Marg ERP Software.
