In Marg Software, the user can easily delete the history of the voucher i.e. when it has been modified by which user etc. 

Suppose a Sale bill modified by user 'A' on 11:34 am (as shown in below image) but if user needs to delete its history then it can be delete easily.

In order to delete History of Voucher creation and Modification, the user needs to follow the below steps:

• Go to Reports > Management Report > Utilities > Multi Deletion > Delete Voucher Create & Modify History.

• A 'Delete Voucher Create & Modify History' window will appear.

• The user will feed date range as per the requirement.

• Suppose mention '01-04-2021' and '31-03-2022'.

• Now, the user will type 'DELETE HISTORY' and press 'Enter' key.

• A Margerp 9+ Alert of 'Create & Modify History delete successfully' will appear.

• Click on 'Okay'.

After following the above steps, the user can view History of Voucher Creation & Modification will get deleted.
