• In Marg Software Multi Deletion (Non-Working Ledgers): a very beneficial feature in which the users can delete companies and items which are not required in future i.e. the purchase and sales of products is not being done since 6 months or more.

• The user can delete those ledgers through non-working ledgers option with which the transactions is not being done for more than 6 months.

• Through this option the user can also free Marg Software from excess data due to which the billing speed was hampering/slowing down.

• Go to Reports > Management Report > Utilities > Multi Deletion > Non Working Ledgers.

• A 'Non Working Ledgers' window will appear.

• The user will type 'Sure'.

• A 'Select Group' window will appear where the user will select the Group.

Note : Single group can be selected by plus '+' key or 'Space bar' key and multiple can be selected by Asterisk '*' key .

• Now, the user will press Plus '+' key to select ledgers which needs to be deleted then press 'Enter' key.

Note : Single ledger can be selected by plus '+' key or 'SpaceBar' key and Multiple Ledgers can be selected by Asterisk '*' key .

After following the above steps, the user can Delete All Non Working Ledgers from the Marg Software.
