Overview of Delete Ledger Transactions In Marg ERP Software

Marg Software has a provision of Multi-Deletion, a very beneficial feature in which users can delete the ledger transactions of multiple parties and groups as per the requirement.

The user can delete Multiple party transactions through 'Delete Ledger Transaction' option.

Process To Delete Ledger Transactions In Marg ERP Software

• Go to Reports > Management Report > Utilities > Multi Deletion > Delete Ledger Transactions.

If at the time of clicking on 'Delete Ledger Transactions', an alert 'You are not authorised' appears, then the user can resolve this issue by click on the given link: shorturl.at/byF26

• The user will select the Account group whose ledger needs to be deleted.
  

Note: The user will press 'Spacebar' or Plus '+' key to select a particular group or Press Asterisk '*' to select all groups.

• Suppose select 'Sundry Debtor' and press 'Enter' key.

• The user will select the ledger whose transactions need to be deleted.
  

Note: The user will press 'Spacebar' or Plus '+' key to select a particular ledger or Press Asterisk '*' to select all ledgers. 

• Suppose select 'Ahuja & Ahuja Trader' and press 'Enter' key.

• The user will mention the date from which to till which Date transactions need to be deleted.
• Then, type 'SURE'.

• An Indexing will run for deleting Transactions.

After following the above steps, the selected ledger transactions will be deleted in Marg ERP Software.
