Process to Delete Ledger Transactions in Marg ERP Software

OVERVIEW/INTRODUCTION TO DELETE LEDGER TRANSACTIONS IN MARG ERP SOFTWARE

Marg Software has a provision of Multi Deletion a very beneficial feature in which the users can delete the ledger transaction of multple parties and groups as per the requirement.

The user can delete Multiple party transactions through 'Delete Ledger Transaction ' option.

PROCESS TO DELETE LEDGER TRANSACTIONS IN MARG ERP SOFTWARE

• Go to Reports > Management Report > Utilities > Multi Deletion > Delete Ledger Transactions.

If at the time of clicking on 'Delete Ledger Transactions' display an alert 'You are not authorised' then the user can resolve this issue by click on the given link : shorturl.at/byF26

• A 'Select Group' window will appear.

• The user will select the Accounting group whose ledger needs to be delete.
  

Note: The user will Press 'Spacebar' or Plus '+' key to select a particular group or Press Asterisk '*' to select All groups 

• Suppose select 'Sundry Debtors'.

• The user will select the ledger whose transactions needs to be delete.
  

Note: The user will Press 'Spacebar' or Plus '+' key to select a particular ledger or Press Asterisk '*' to select All ledgers. 

• Suppose select 'Ankit & Anmol'.

• Then a 'Date Range' window will appear with some fields.

• In 'From & To', the user will enter the date range until when to delete the transactions of selected ledger.

• In 'Type < SURE >', the user will type sure in order to delete selected ledger transaction.

• Then press 'Enter' key.

After following the above steps, the selected ledger transactions will get deleted.
