In Marg ERP Software, the user can delete the points of all Retail Customers with one click which saves a lot of time for the user to delete the points of each ledger separately. 

In order to know the process, the user will follow the given steps:

• Go to Reports > Management  Report > Multi Deletion > Points Ledger Wise. 

• A 'Points Ledger Wise' window will appear. 

• The user will type 'SURE'.

• A 'Select Group' window will appear. 

• The user will select 'Cash In Hand' by pressing plus '(+)' key on it.

• A 'Select Ledgers To Delete Points' window will appear.

• The user will select ledger as per the requirement.

Note: Single ledger can be selected by pressing space bar or plus key (+) on it & all can be selected by Asterisk (*) key.

After following the above steps, all points of retail customers will get deleted.
