In Marg Software the user can Delete Company's and their Item that has not been sold for a long time.

In order to delete Non Working Company, the user needs to follow the below steps:

• Go to Reports > Management Report > Utilities > Multi Deletion > Company & Non Working Items.

• A 'Company & Non Working Items' window will appear.
• In 'Check Last Year', the user will select 'Yes' if last year company also needs to delete otherwise keep it as 'No'.
• Now type 'SURE' and press 'Enter' key.

• A 'Select Non Working Items to Delete' window will appear.
• The user can view Company are showing in Bold Letters and their Item are unbold.

Note: The user will Press 'Spacebar' key or Plus '+' key to select a particular Company or Press Asterisk '*' key to select All Company. 

• The user needs to select Company which needs to delete.
• Suppose select 'Geno Pharmaceuticals' and their item will get auto select.
• Press 'Enter' key.

• A Marg ERP 9+ alert of 'Total Item & Company Deleted' will appear.
• Click on 'Ok'.

• Now go to Masters > Inventory Master > Company Master.

• A 'Company' window will appear.

After following the above steps, the user can view Non working company will get Deleted in Marg Software.
