• Go to Reports > Management Report > Utilities > Multi Deletion > Delete Ledger Transactions.

• A 'Select Group' window will appear.

• Select the account group under which the ledger (whose transaction needs to be deleted) has been created.

Note: Single group can be selected by plus (+) key or 'Spacebar' key on it and multiple groups can be selected by Asterisk (*) key.

• Suppose select 'Sundry Debtor'.

• Press 'Enter' key.

• Now select the ledger(whose transaction needs to be deleted) by pressing 'Spacebar' key or plus(+) key on it.

• A 'Date Range' window will appear.

• The user will mention the date from which to which transaction needs to be deleted.

• Then type 'SURE'.

• The user can view that the process is going on.

After following the above steps, the user can view the Ledger Transactions will get delete.
