• Go to Reports > Management Report > Utilities > Multi Deletion > Delete Ledger Transactions.

• The user will select the account group of the ledger whose transaction needs to be deleted.

Note: The user will Press 'Spacebar' key or Plus '+' key to select a particular Group or Press Asterisk '*' key to select All Groups. 

• Suppose select 'Sundry Debtor' and press 'Enter' key.

• Now, select the ledger whose transactions needs to be deleted.
• Suppose select 'Narala Pharma' and press 'Enter' key.

Note: The user will Press 'Spacebar' key or Plus '+' key to select a particular Party or Press Asterisk '*' key to select All Parties. 

• The user will mention the date from which to till which Date transactions needs to be deleted.
• Then, type 'SURE'.

• An Indexing will Run for deleting Transactions.

After following the above steps, the user can view that Ledger Transactions will get deleted in Marg ERP Software.
