In Marg Software the user can Import the Data from other software or from one firm to another firm. However if the user needs to delete Imported Data for selected Period  then it can be done easily.

Suppose the user needs to Delete Imported Data for the Period '01-04-2022 To 31-03-2023'.

Bill No. 'A000001' of 'Narala Pharma' is imported Bill.

In order to Delete Imported Data-Receive Wise, the user needs to follow the below steps:

• Go to Reports > Management Report > Utilities > Multi Deletion > Delete Import Data -Receive Wise.

• A 'Delete Import Data-Date Wise' window will appear.

• The user will enter the Password.

• A 'Select Period to Delete' window will appear.

• The user will select the Period as per the requirement.

Note: The user will Press 'Spacebar' or Plus '+' key to select a particular period or Press Asterisk '*' to select All Periods. 

• Suppose select '01-04-2022' and '30-03-2023'.

• A 'Delete Import Data' window will appear.

• The user will type 'DELETE T/F BILLS' and press 'Enter' key.

• A 'Maintaining & Index Files' will run.

After following the above steps, the user can view the Imported Bill has been deleted in Marg Software.
