In Marg Software, if there are Duplicacy in item and user needs to remove the Duplicate Item then it can be done easily.

Note: The user can only delete that item which does not contain any transaction or whose stock is zero.

In order to delete All Duplicate Items, the user needs to follow the below steps:

• Go to Reports > Management Report > Utilities > Multi Deletion > Duplicate Items.

Note: If at the the time of opening Duplicate Item option shows alert You are not Authorise.

A 'Duplicate Check On' window will be appear.

a. Check Code: Select 'Yes' if the user needs to delete item on the basis of Item Code otherwise keep it as 'No'.

b. Check Name: Select 'Yes' if the user needs to delete item on the basis of Item Name otherwise keep it as 'No'.

Now, in Type < SURE >, the user will type 'Sure' and press 'Enter' key.

• A 'Duplicate Items' window will appear where the user can view the Name of Duplicate Items.

• Click on 'Close'.

• A 'Marg ERP 9+ Alert' will appear.

• The user will click on 'Yes' to delete the duplicate items.

• Again a 'Marg ERP 9+ Alert' will appear.

• The user will click on 'Ok'.

After following the above steps, the user can view the Duplicate Items will get delete in the Marg Software.
