In Marg Software, user can delete multiple ledger transactions in one time by using the Multi Deletion option. In addition to this feature this can also be ban for particular user and after ban multi deletion option software will start showing an indication (as shown below).

However the user can resolve the error of 'You Are Not Authorised to user this Option' easily.

In order to resolve the error 'You Are Not Authorised to user this Option', the user needs to follow the below steps:

• Go to Masters > Passwords & Powers > Operator's.

• A 'Password & Authority' window will appear.

• Select the user to make the desired changes.

• A 'Powers' window will appear in which the user will select ‘Search In All’.

• A 'Powers' window will appear in which the user will search 'Multi'.

• Click on ‘Accept’.

• A 'Multi' window will appear.

• In ‘Multi Deletion/Editing’ the user will select ‘Y’.

• The user will now press 'ESC' key.

• Again press 'ESC' key then click on ‘Yes’ to save the changes.

• A 'Powers Change' POP-UP will appear and then the user will press 'ESC' key.

• Press 'ESC' key then click on ‘Yes’.

• Now in order to Re- login the user will press ' Ctrl+U' key on the main screen.

• A 'Change User' window will appear in which the user will enter the User ID and Password.

• A 'Change User' window will appear in which the user will press 'ESC' key.

After following the above steps, the user can Delete Ledgers Transactions as per the requirement.
