In Marg Software, if the user needs to Replace All Item Cost with Zero the it can be easily done.

Note: Firstly, the user needs to Take Backup of the data.

In order to Convert All Item Cost into Zero, the user needs to follow below steps: 

• Go to Reports > Management Report > Utilities > Multi Editing > Item Master multi editing.

• An 'Item Master Multi Editing' window will appear. 

• In 'Stock As On', the user will mention the date upto which date stock needs to be view.

• Click on 'Accept'.

• A 'Closing Stock' window will appear. 
• The user will press 'Enter' key.

A 'Multi Editing' window will appear.

a. All Item: Select the option if needs to Replace Cost with Zero in All Items.

b. Selected Items: Select the option if needs to Replace Cost with Zero in Selected Items.

Suppose select 'All Items'.

• An 'Item Master Multi Editing' window will appear.

• The user will select 'Yes' in the option (as shown below).

• In 'Replace', the user will select 'Cost'.

• In 'With', the user will select any rate which is zero in the software.
• Suppose 'Rate I' of All Item is not updated and is '0' in the software.
• So select 'Rate I'.

• Now the user will type 'SURE'.

After following the above steps, the user can view All Item Cost will get Replace with Zero in Marg Software.

Note: Firstly user needs to Take Backup before use this option.

1. Go to Reports > Management Report > Utilities > Structure/Junk Verification > Direct Command.

2. A 'Direct Command' window will be appear. The user will enter the Password.

3. A 'Command' window will be appear. Now enter command 'SELE PRO' and press 'Enter' key and type 'BROW'.

4. Now the user will click on 'Run'. An 'Order file' window will be appear. Press 'ESC' key.

5. The user will type 'Replace All Cost with 0' and click on 'Run'.
