In order to convert all bills into taxpaid ,the user needs to follow the below steps:

Note: Firstly, the user needs to Take Backup of the data.

• Go to Reports > Management Report > Utilities > Structure/Junk Verification > Direct Command.

• A 'Direct Command' window will appear. Enter the Password.

• A 'Command' window will appear.

• Enter command 'SELECT DIS' then press 'Enter' and type 'BROWS'.

• Then click on 'Run'.

• A 'Dis' file will get appear.

• The user will minimize that file.

• In the next window, the user will type (REPLACE ALL TAX WITH 'P' ).

• Then click on 'Run'.

• Then click on 'Exit' button.

After following above steps, All Bills will be converted into Tax Paid.
