With the help of Marg Software, the user can easily re-arrange bills series if any of the bill got deleted or the user has deleted it manually.

In order to know the process, the user will follow the below steps:

• Go to Reports > Management Report > Utilities > Multi Editing > Re-Numbering My Bill No.

• A 'Re-Numbering Bills' window will appear.

• In 'From Bill & To Bill', the user will enter the bill number from which to which the user needs to re-arrange it.

• Suppose 0000001 to 0000005.

• Now type 'RE-NUMBER MY BILLS'.

• Then Press 'Enter' key.

• Thereafter software will show a confirmation alert 'Successfully Updated Bills'.

After following the above steps, the selected range Bill number will get Re-arrange in sequence.
