1. Go to Reports > Management Report > Utilities > Multi Editing > Item Master Multi Editing. Press Enter.

2. An Item master multi editing window will appear. In 'Stock Status', the user will select "Whole" and then click on Accept.

3. A closing stock window will appear. Press Enter.

4. A Multi editing window will appear. Select All Items.

5. An  Item master multi editing window will appear in which user will select 'Yes' beside of the replace option.

In 'Replace', the user will select "A-Rate" & 'With', the user will select "MRP".

6. Then press enter and type "SURE".

7. Then press enter key.

After following the above steps Rate-A will replace with MRP in all items.

Note:-Firstly user needs to take backup before use this option.

1. Go to Reports > Management Report > Utilities > Structure/Junk Verification > Direct Command> A 'Direct Command' window will be appear > Enter here password as Current Date in a Reverse form(yy/mm/dd) .

2. A 'Command' window will be appear > Enter command 'SELE PRO' press 'Enter' and type BROW > Then click on 'Run' .

3. A 'Pro' file will be open > press 'ESC' key.

4. Then type  'REPLACE ALL RATEA WITH MRP' and then click on 'Run'.
