In Marg ERP Software, the user can decrease the some % from the Rate i.e. Rate-A, Rate-B, Purchase Rate etc. in all items, the user can do it with help of 'Item master multi editing' option in Marg software with many filters i.e. Company, Category, HSN etc.

Suppose, Purchase Rate = 60.90 & Deduct = 10%.

In order to replace the Rate-A with Rate-B in all items, the user will follow the below steps:

• Go to Reports > Management Report > Utilities > Multi Editing > Item Master Multi Editing.

• Then click on 'Accept'.

• Thereafter,  a Closing stock window will appear. Press Enter then select 'All Items'.

• An Item master multi editing window will appear. Select "Yes".

• Then select Replace 'P.Rate' with 'Tax%'.

• Thereafter, the user will enter that % which needs to be deducted from the purchase rate.

• Suppose, Feed '10'.

• Then type "SURE" and press Enter on it.

After following the above steps, the purchase rate will get decreased as per the mentioned % in all items.
