In Marg ERP Software, the user can easily ban company wise item discount as per the requirement. In order to ban discount, the user will follow the below steps:

• Go to Reports > Management Report > Utilities > Multi Editing > Item Master Multi Editing.

Note:- If the user facing issue of "You are not authorized  to use this option" while click on Item master multi editing then the user will resolved this issue by click on the given link https://bit.ly/31h6pef

• An 'Item Master Multi Editing' window will appear. In 'Selected Company' option, the user will select 'Yes'.

• A 'Select Company' window will appear.

• The user will select the company as per the requirement.

Note: The user will Press 'Spacebar' or Plus '+' key to select a particular company or Press Asterisk '*' to select All companies. 

• Suppose, select 'E.Merk Pvt. Ltd.'

• Then press 'Enter' key on it.

• Then click on 'Accept'.

• Then a 'Closing Stock' window will appear. Press 'Enter' key on it.

• Then select 'All Items'.

• Again an 'Item Master Multi Editing' window will appear. In 'Discount Applicable' option, the user will select 'Yes'.

• Then select 'N' from the drop down in order to ban discount.

• Then type 'SURE' and press 'Enter' key on it.

After following the above steps, the Discount will get Banned for selected company's items.
