In Marg ERP Software, the user can easily change the Rate-A with Rate-B in all items, the user can do it with the help of 'Item master multi editing' option in Marg software with many filters i.e. Company, Category, HSN etc.

• Suppose, Rate-A = 60.90 & Rate-B =8.50.

In order to replace the Rate-A with Rate-B in all items, the user will follow the below steps:

• Go to Reports > Management Report > Utilities > Multi Editing > Item Master Multi Editing.

• An 'Item Master Multi Editing' window will appear.

• In 'Stock As On' feed the date upto which the user needs to view items and select other filter as per requirement.

• Then click on 'Accept'.

• A 'Closing Stock' window will appear. Press 'Enter' then select 'All Items'.

• An 'Item Master Multi Editing' window will appear. Select 'Yes'.

• Then select Replace 'A-Rate' with 'B-Rate'.

• Then type 'SURE' and press 'Enter' on it.

After following the above steps, the Rate-A will get changed with Rate-B in all items.
