In Marg Software, if the user needs to Replace Rate A with Purchase Rate in All Items then it can be done easily.

Note: Firstly, the user needs to Take Backup of the data.

In order to Replace Sale Rate with Purchase Rate, the user needs to follow the belwo steps:

• Go to Reports > Management Report > Utilities > Multi Editing > Item Master multi editing.

• An 'Item Master Multi Editing' window will appear. 

• In 'Stock As On', the user will mention the date upto which Stock needs to be view.

• Click on 'Accept'.

• A 'Closing Stock' window will appear. 
• The user will press 'Enter' key.

A 'Multi Editing' window will appear.

a. All Item: Select the option if needs to replace Sale Rate in All Items.

b. Selected Items: Select the option if needs to replace Sale Rate in Selected Items.

Suppose select 'All Items'.

• An 'Item Master Multi Editing' window will appear.

• The user will select 'Yes' in the option (as shown below).

• In 'Replace', the user will select 'A-Rate'.

• In 'With', the user will select 'Purc. Rate'.

• Now the user will type 'SURE'.

After following the above steps, the user can view All Item Sale Rate will get Replace with Purchase Rate in Marg Software.
